Welcome to Nexus, a Shopify theme designed for cosmetic and beauty product stores. By purchasing, downloading, or using the Nexus Theme ("Theme"), you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our Theme or related services.

Theme License & Usage

  • The Nexus Theme is licensed for use on one Shopify store per purchase unless stated otherwise.
  • You may customize the Theme to suit your brand and store but may not redistribute, resell, or share the theme's code, design assets, or files.
  • Unauthorized use, duplication, or sharing of the Nexus Theme will result in immediate license termination and may lead to legal action.

Theme Updates

  • We periodically release theme updates to enhance features, fix bugs, and ensure compatibility with Shopify's latest version.
  • You will receive free lifetime updates for the purchased version of the Nexus  Theme.
  • It is the user's responsibility to back up their store and data before applying any updates.

Refund Policy

  • Due to the digital nature of our product, all sales are final.
  • Refunds are only issued in cases of proven technical defects that prevent the theme from functioning as advertised, and only after our support team is unable to resolve the issue.
  • Refund requests related to personal preference, design aesthetics, or compatibility with third-party apps will not be accepted.

Intellectual Property

  • All design elements, images, layouts, and source code included in the Nexus Theme are intellectual property of the developer/designer.
  • You may not remove copyright notices, theme credits, or proprietary marks without prior written permission.

User Content

  • Any content, images, logos, or text you upload to your Shopify store using the Nexus Theme remain your intellectual property.
  • You are responsible for ensuring that all content complies with applicable laws and does not infringe on third-party rights.

Limitation of Liability

  • The Nexus Theme is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
  • We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Theme.
  • Under no circumstances shall Nexus or its developers be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Theme.

Changes to Terms

  • We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
  • Continued use of the Nexus Theme after updates constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
