We want every Nexus customer to be completely satisfied with their purchase. However, since our theme is a digital product delivered electronically, our return and refund policy follows specific guidelines to ensure fairness and transparency.

1. Digital Product Nature

The Nexus Theme is a non-tangible, digital item, which means once you have downloaded or accessed the theme files, you own them permanently.

Because of this, we are unable to offer refunds simply due to:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Design preferences or expectations
  • Incorrect theme selection
  • Incompatibility with third-party apps or custom scripts

2. Eligibility for Refunds

Refunds will only be issued under the following specific conditions:

  • The purchased theme is technically defective or fails to install properly on Shopify.
  • The theme is not functioning as advertised, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue within a reasonable time frame.
  • Duplicate purchases of the same theme made in error.

If these conditions are met, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase by emailing:

Please include:

  • Order ID or invoice number
  • Shopify store domain
  • A detailed explanation or screenshot of the issue

Our review process may take up to 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

  • The theme has been successfully downloaded or installed.
  • You request a refund due to a feature not included in the theme's advertised list.
  • The issue arises from third-party app conflicts, custom code, or user modifications.
  • You fail to provide sufficient evidence or details for our support team to investigate the issue.

4. Exchange Policy

Since the Nexus Theme is a digital product, exchanges are not applicable.

If you purchased the wrong product version, please contact our support team — in certain cases, we may offer a credit toward the correct theme.

5. Theme Updates After Purchase

All verified customers will continue to receive free lifetime theme updates, including bug fixes, new features, and visual enhancements, even after the refund eligibility period ends.

6. Policy Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update this Return Policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected with a new "Last Updated" date at the top of this document.
